Danny Lewis has been named Vice President of Sales; Jason Aldrich has been promoted to Vice President of Operations

Kansas City, KS — January 20, 2026 — Shield Casework is proud to announce the promotion of two long-term team members into executive leadership roles, reinforcing the company’s commitment to internal growth, continuity, and the values established by founder Stephen Hopkins.

Danny Lewis has been promoted to Vice President of Sales, and Jason Aldrich has been named Vice President of Operations. Both leaders bring deep institutional knowledge, a track record of results, and a shared focus on delivering an exceptional client experience across Shield’s healthcare and athletic markets.

Lewis most recently served as Director of Sport Sales for six years and brings more than 12 years of sales experience. In his new role, he will lead strategic sales initiatives, business development and continued growth across all markets.

“Shield has been more than a workplace for me. It’s a team and a culture,” said Lewis. “As an employee hired directly by Stephen, I’m honored to step into this role and continue building on the foundation he created. His belief in people and pursuit of excellence has shaped how we serve our customers, and that legacy will continue to guide our growth. Stephen always said, ‘make cool sh*t’ and that’s something we’ll never waver on.”

Aldrich steps into the Vice President of Operations role after serving four years as Director of Operations, with more than a decade of operations leadership experience. He has played a key role in optimizing processes, improving efficiencies, and ensuring Shield consistently delivers high-quality solutions. As vice president, he will continue to lead operational strategy, production excellence, and cross-functional alignment.

“Shield Casework was built with a clear vision and an unwavering commitment to quality and people,” said Aldrich. “I’m proud to carry that responsibility forward. Our focus remains on operational excellence, supporting our teams, and delivering the level of craftsmanship our customers expect, now and into the future.”

With Lewis and Aldrich in these expanded roles, Shield remains focused on stability, growth, and consistent execution, back by experienced leaders who know the business, the people, and the standards clients rely on.
